HGS Is Back

I am back from the heart of darkness. Many of you may have been wondering, 'What is this heart of darkness HGS speaks of?' Well, it was a short period of time for me to take a break, reduce the burnout, and fret over whether or not the Democrats have a real chance to win the election in November. I travelled every possible scenario in my mind, watched the fictional news reports over the months ahead, and flipped through every possible gaffe and debate faux pas by both candidates. And what have I come up with? Well, I think the Democrats have a really good shot. Bush is still a moron, and the media doesn't like his administration because of how isolated they make themselves.
You may say that my analysis is weak and is introducing more questions than answers. You are right. I don't even know who the candidate will be yet, but i am putting my cash on the Democrats. I have been in the heart and it is not dark, it is full of hope, and Bush is hopeless. I don't think he can successfully convince any enlightened person otherwise. However, there is one really big problem: Americans are not enlightened. So, my analysis is purely contingent on the fact that American citizens pay attention. Uh oh.
